Alaap – The Music Club of RVCE is a vibrant community that unites students through music, fostering creativity and connection on campus. With a legacy of nurturing talent and birthing bands like Project Mishram and Dastaan, the club continues to inspire artistic expression, innovation and lifelong bonds. It remains a platform for honing skills, fueling passion and celebrating the transformative power of music.

Milestones
- Over 11 first-place, 15 second-place and 24 third-place prizes in solo competitions across prestigious colleges like PES, Christ, NMIT, BMSCE and BITS Goa.
- Excels in solo percussion, solo light vocals, Indian group singing and solo instrumental events, winning 1st prize at VTU fests.
- Battle of Bands participation.
- Take 1.62 – Won first place at BMCRI, qualified for the semi-finals at IITB Mood Indigo 2024 and secured 3rd place at IIM Bangalore Battle of Bands (BoB).
- Ameya – qualified for Mood Indigo 2024.
- Adding to many other bands contribute to the club’s vibrant music scene.
