About the club
Footprints is one of the most prominent dance clubs in the state, known for its talent, dedication, and captivating performances. The club has participated in numerous intercollegiate competitions, winning several accolades and establishing itself as a powerhouse in the collegiate dance scene. With a strong emphasis on creativity, teamwork, and excellence, Footprints continues to push boundaries and set high standards.
The club has three core teams, each specializing in a different dance style. Adhitthana, the classical dance team, performs traditional Indian forms like Bharatanatyam, highlighting grace and storytelling. Dhritarang, the Eastern dance team, focuses on Eastern and contemporary styles, bringing elegance and versatility to the stage. Enigma, the Western dance team, specializes in styles like Hip-Hop, delivering high-energy and modern performances. The team mainly comprises of 3 divisions:
- The Western association: Enigma
- The Eastern association: Dhritarang
- The Classical association: Addhithana
