Building the Backbone
of Modern Technology
The EEE Department at RVCE offers B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, M.Tech. in Power Electronics, M.Sc. by Research and Ph.D. programmes supported by industry collaborations with BESCOM, BPCL, Log9, MNRE, ARCADIS and others – enabling cutting-edge research and hands-on training.
Students are actively involved in interdisciplinary projects across domains like renewable energy, electric vehicles, power electronics, smart grids and sustainable technologies aligned with SDG 7. The department also hosts the Centre of Excellence in e-Mobility and the Centre of Competence – Smart Vidyut and Sustainable Solutions. With funded projects from ISRO, DST, NIAS-INAE and KSEST, the department continues to be a hub for innovation.
