About the Programme

Established in 2005 with 18 students, the M.Tech Computer Network Engineering (CNE) programme offers strong infrastructure and computing resources, fostering interdisciplinary research, consultancy, and entrepreneurship. Its High Performance Computing and Storage Area Network labs support practical learning in parallel and distributed computing with modern tools.

CNE students can intern at leading networking companies like CISCO and Juniper Networks. Graduates achieve placements in diverse sectors, with top salaries ranging from 11.5 to 15.5 Lakhs annually. The curriculum covers core areas such as Wireless Networks, Cloud Computing, and Information Security, with electives reflecting industry trends.
