Need for the Centre

Since 2018, RV College of Engineering and Toyota have partnered to establish the RV-Toyota CoE in Automotive Engineering. The Centre offers hands-on training and internships focused on modern passenger vehicle systems. Students gain in-depth practical exposure to advanced automotive technologies and real-world challenges. This collaboration equips students with a strong blend of theoretical knowledge and industry-ready skills.

  • RV-Toyota Centre of Excellence in the automotive field for mechanical and interdisciplinary students is to provide comprehensive education, practical experience, and advanced skills that prepare them for successful careers in the automotive industry. 
  • For interdisciplinary students, the emphasis is on integrating knowledge from various engineering disciplines to foster innovation and address complex challenges in the automotive sector.
