Our hostels are designed to be a ‘home away from home’, providing comfort and a conducive environment for study.
Common information for all hostels:
Mess
A common vegetarian mess for all boarders is located in the Cauvery block.
Amenities
All hostellers have access to sports facilities, the gymnasium and Wi-Fi.
Accommodation Style
All rooms are on a sharing basis. The allocation prioritises greater privacy for senior students.
What to Bring
Students must bring their own bedding, bucket, mug and other daily-use items.
Prohibited Items
Electrical appliances, such as heating coils, iron boxes and tape recorders, are not permitted.
Dress Code
The college dress code is strictly enforced within the hostel premises.

Girls' Hostel
We provide separate secure hostel facilities for our female students at two locations.
Diamond Jubilee Block
- Location: On the main RVCE Campus, Mysuru Road, Bengaluru – 560059.
- For: First-year and Higher Semester B.E. Students.
Girls' Hostel
- Location: 4th Cross, Krishna Garden, Pattanagere, Bangalore – 560011.
- For: M.Tech/MCA and Higher Semester B.E. Students.
Boys' Hostel
The entire boys’ hostel facility is located within the RVCE campus, ensuring convenience and security.

First-year Undergraduate students.
Cauvery Annex Block
First-year Undergraduate students.
Cauvery Block
Second and Third-year Undergraduate students and all Postgraduate students
Sir M. Visvesvaraya Block
Final-year Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
