About The Club
Team Chimera, the electric formula student racing team from RVCE, Bangalore, has been at the forefront of innovation since its founding in 2006. Over the past 15+ years, the team has evolved from developing hybrid powertrains to mastering the art of designing and building high-performance electric race cars. With a steadfast focus on clean technology and sustainability, Team Chimera pushes the boundaries of mobility through cutting-edge simulation, rigorous testing and precision manufacturing. Competing on global stages with their custom-built vehicles, this award-winning team embodies RVCE’s legacy of engineering excellence.

How to join the club?
Joining Club Chimera involves a two-phase selection process designed to identify passionate and skilled individuals:
Written Test:
The first phase is a written assessment that tests your technical knowledge, problem-solving ability and creativity. It may include both objective and subjective questions relevant to the domains Chimera works in.
Interview Round:
Candidates who clear the written test are invited for a personal interview. This round evaluates your communication skills, project experience (if any), teamwork mindset, and your enthusiasm to contribute to the club’s activities.
