About the club
Team Chitrak from RV College of Engineering was founded by group passionate of engineers in 2023. We design and fabricate electric motorcycles that prioritize performance, style, and environmental sustainability. Our operations are driven by a commitment to innovation.
Our team comprises of individuals with rich industrial experience and enthusiastic graduates with exposure to various domains like mechanical design, manufacturing, management, electrical system design, battery management and EV architecture.
We are always researching the newest breakthroughs in electric vehicle technology to ensure that our bikes are not only efficient but sustainable as well.

HOW TO JOIN THE CLUB
Team Chitrak is open to students who are passionate about design, innovation and hands-on engineering. We welcome both undergraduate and postgraduate students from mechanical and electrical backgrounds. Here’s how you can become a part of our dynamic team:
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently pursuing B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines are eligible to apply.
Application Process
- Interested students must fill out the official club application form, available through the department notice board, club coordinator or college website.
Skills & Interest Evaluation
- Applicants are encouraged to showcase their interest in areas like design, fabrication, circuit design, CAD/CAE tools, control systems or project management.
Screening & Interview
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a short technical and/or practical round, where their enthusiasm, team spirit, and technical aptitude will be assessed.
Orientation & Onboarding
- Selected members will undergo an orientation session to understand the team’s structure, ongoing projects, tools used, and expectations before beginning active involvement.
